A one-page site for a Marsh Harbour property management company, speaking to second-home owners and rental owners. Homeowner care, Airbnb and VRBO management, guest reviews, and enquiries straight to WhatsApp and email. Backed by a fully integrated property inspection app.

A booking site for a Marsh Harbour laundromat serving the cays by G&L ferry. Customers book drop-offs and check their booking status; staff approve bookings, set rates and manage the ferry schedule from their own admin area.

A local guide to Abaco: where to eat and stay, who to call, and what's in season. Restaurant specials, crawfish and grouper seasons updated by date, a fish ID guide, and a search across every listing, all kept current from a private admin area.

A study site for the Bahamas real estate salesperson licensing exam. Fifteen timed 100-question mock exams, Code of Ethics tests, flashcards and math drills, with member sign-in, score history, certificates and a leaderboard.

The operating system for a private club's residence team. Homes and arrivals, offline inspections and checklists, service calls, utility leak alerts, storm mode and monthly owner reports, all in one place and usable from any phone. Each club gets its own private installation, with a live demo club to explore.
